I taught all styles of music. I didn't teach much bass, as most students wanted to learn guitar, because of the Guitar Hero and Rock Band games. So I have taught close to every song off of those games. A lot of rockers, and metal heads, loved to take from me, because I taught a lot of people to play really fast, since apparently that's cool. Not many people care about the basics, like theory, and sight reading, it's all about being cool these days. :sigh: It's a real corrupt business, but I really loved teaching, and I look forward to doing it again. I just don't know anyone up here, so it's rough. That's why I had to get this "other" job. :1orglaugh

That's pretty cool. I'm also a teacher, or well I was before I moved up here. I taught guitar and bass lessons for about two years in Oklahoma. Further south, and warmer than Minnesota. Minnesota is like the Canada of the US.

No I just moved up to Minnesota about four months ago, and I've been working there about a month. It's pretty shitty.

It's not that special. They are inside of crappy retail stores like Target, and Wal-Mart. All you do is order meat, and we slice it, and you buy it. You take it home, where you have some bread, and you put it on there, and eat it. That's it. It's about the laziest **** you can do. Which is why it's so American!

Really? They like slice meat, and cheese, and make sandwiches you can by. None of that in Canada, eh?

I work in a Deli. In Super Target, I doubt they have them in Canada, but it's basically a nicer version of Wal-Mart with more expensive stuff, higher qualitiy.

I know man, it was just a real shitty day. You know? I worked by myself tonight, when I am used to having three people work with me to get **** done, and it's hard enough to get it done with three people. It was a super fuck to get it done all by myself, so needless to say, I am a little on edge.
