In your humble opinion what city do you find sweatpants really popular?

What cities in your humble opinion do you find people swearing sweatpants in public really common. Yes people wearing sweatpants to store or shopping.

I spend the weekend in Miami but people don’t really seem to wear sweatpants in public like see in Toronto suburbs there.

Girls seem to dress up more in Miami wearing dress or jeans.

Uh .. I believe Miami is the fashion capital of the US. A crap-ton of model shoots are photographed there.
