This is surprisingly difficult.
I can find the same GIF in many different places on the internet and yet none of them seem to reveal from where it originates.
This one may rely on the good old fashioned method of somebody recognizing where it comes from rather than by using image lookup tools.

The guy could be Manuel Ferrara. But that's hard to tell.
The couch seems to be at Jules Jordan. But it's in a different room. No opaque glass. Also no Jules Jordan scenes with her wearing red nail polish.
Again no red nail polish. Her scenes at manuelferrara.com seem to be taken down. She is no longer listed as a model there at his website. Probably because of her 2024 death.

Premium Link Upgrade may have stopped supporting it. In fact, all the other models, Stormy Daniels, Ava Addams, Jayden Jaymes, Jayden Cole and Kortney Kane also aren't working. Lastly, Segpay gives back an invalid message when you try to enroll over there.
Lisa Ann's site at forevervamp.com appears to be up and running. Lisa moved her website from branddanger to forevervamp in 2021. Kayden Kross' website, clubkayden.com which used to be at the Brand Danger Network also seems to be working. At least, that's what her billing processor Segpay is saying.
Brian (Brand Danger Network) sold his interests (BD and FV) to Rob (Dark Reach) in 2018 and left the adult industry.
Another Premium Link Upgrade website at Premium Pass (premiumpass.com) was taken down years ago.
I'll look over at Zero Tolerance / Third Degree Films next.

Over the past few weeks, I've made a point of doing a keyword search of her name on here when processing some old ID threads and I've been through most if not all of her historical ID requests and have been unable to pinpoint the scene so it is a mystery to me.
It's one of those where with an alternative angle it would be easily solvable but for whatever reason this same 1 second loop of a GIF is all that can be found in image searches across multiple websites.

Her scene was scene five in the film running from 2:42:53 to 3:14:10 or an overall 31 minutes 17 seconds.
You can buy Kagney's scene with James Deen at data18.com for $2.24 USD. The entire film (all seven scenes; run 251 minutes) for $14.99 USD.
That includes both streaming and the ability to download the scenes to an external hard drive.

These seven are full scenes. Elegant Angel was also originally providing these scenes as a two CD disk set. The disks have since been discontinued. Only way to get these legitimately is at EA and/or data18.com. Best to go with EA's package.
As for compilations, they tend to be cut scenes with edited footage dropped.

Perhaps compilation is the wrong word... I can't think of the term but basically a "best of" release where the scenes may well be full-length but are made up of previous releases.
I think it may well have been the original in this instance but just putting it out there as a possiblity.
But if it was released as a DVD exclusive or whatever then maybe it explains why it was so hard to find using image searches etc.

In other words, it seems more of an old-school studio rather than modern day "pay-site".

Yes. The term "best of" would be the proper wording on these types of releases. They used to be and are still the types of films that may get mention at the AVN, XBIZ and other award shows in the adult industry. This is true especially if the lady is in her "early" stages of her career, i.e., the first, second, third or fourth year of performing. The ladies featured in these films may have have been honored as best newcomers in the industry over the last few years or they have had other accolades thrown upon them as performers and these scenes by Elegant Angel now make the girl known on the big stage. Meaning, that most of the adult studios will know these ladies after their appearances in these types of films. The AVN will tend to give attention to these Elegant Angel films during, and perhaps, after their release.
Patrick Collins and his ex-business partner at Evil Angel Productions, CEO John Stagliano were/are considered insiders within the AVN. This is also true with John's second wife, Tricia Devereaux who is currently COO of Evil Angel. Both are co-owners of that network. The late John Leslie as well as Rocco Siffredi and both Brad Armstrong and Axel Braun (Wicked) as well as Wicked ex-CEO Steve Orenstein are other insiders who would be a part of the nominating committees.
