Board Terms of Service

The FreeOnes Message Board is a free service provided by FreeOnes.com to all those of the internet community that are 18 years of age and over. By checking the "I agree" checkbox and pressing the "Register" button below, you indicate that you understand and agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS) as well as any changes to future versions of the TOS:

You agree through your registration, that any information you disclose on the message board itself, becomes public information. This means that information that you provide (that you post) will only be deleted through the discretion of the FreeOnes Message Board owner or staff. Further, if at a future date you decide to discontinue the use of your message board account, the account will be closed (not deleted) and all your posts will remain intact on the message board.

You will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal Law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you specifically own the copyright or have permission from the owner of the copywrited material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.

You remain solely responsible for your account and the content of your posted messages, as well as any consequences derived from your postings. Furthermore, you agree to hold harmless the owner of this forum, any related website to this forum, its staff, and its subsidiaries.

Although the administrators and moderators of the FreeOnes Message Board attempt to keep objectionable material and messages off the message board, it is impossible for us to review all posts. Anyone who feels a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator immediately.

The staff and owner of this message board reserve the right to remove or edit any content of the message board at any time for any reason.

Please note that via your agreement to the terms and services of this message board, you agree to recieve ocassional email updates from webmaster@freeones.com about the events that FreeOnes.com is hosting. If you do not wish to recieve these updates, it is your responsibility to make sure you set your profile to not recieve emails from the administrator.
