Update: I was interested in finding out who she is again so I watched the entire video again. At one point she is referred to as "Natasha."

The blonde girl is Britney Beth / Bibi Jones and the asian girl is Jamie Valentine. Those are the only ones that I have found names for though.

I can see the similarities. But I don't think it is Aletta. :( Thanks for introducing me to Aletta Ocean though.
