I really like the idea with having OCSM on the board and is a great way to interact with the ladies. But somehow I wish there would be more OCSM activity on the board. Don't get me wrong, some OCSMs are doing a great job here and participate a lot. But if I counted correctly, we have 659 OCSMs...
