Hey thanks for the advice DitchWeasel, There may be a little flaw in that suggestion though, I've got 4 slots with RAM in, two are the same as in the photo (PC2 3200) and the other two are (PC2-4300) and they all work fine. So that’s why I’m confused! If I replace the two 256MB with this RAM...
