You might already know this, but...it seems to have been first posted on Reddit about a year ago, by the user /u/tastethevalley. From a quick perusal of the thread, no one called them out for reposting a picture that wasn't their own - so that Reddit user may indeed be the original source.

Yeah, the name "Kylie Johnson" leads nowhere except for to that girl - and it's definitely not the same person. :/

Unfortunately I have no other info on her - other than that she's done at least one professional video, with Veronica Radke (however, none of the places that list Veronica's filmography seem to be aware of who this girl is). Thanks in advance!

Claire Adams and Dia Zerva

"Kylie Johnson" was the name she went by in the one scene I've found of hers - but that name leads absolutely nowhere (there an unrelated Kylie Johnson who's not even of the same ethnicity). Any help would be appreciated.

Here's a picture of her. She appeared recently in a hardcore scene for GGW (here). Unfortunately it was just an isolated scene - not a part of any larger compilation or anything. The two girls' names are listed on the site as Kylie Brand and Katie Johnson...but these names lead nowhere...
