I can help you out a little bit. Unfortunately, I have to tell you that almost none of the original COHF girls real names are known (Sandra and Amanda are exceptions) and *none* of them, to my knowledge has done anything outside of COHF (not sure why exactly). So, anyway, here are the galleries I know of in which Faith is featured either as the star or as fluffer:
