Ah, no worries. I've recently learned quite a lot more about performance levels. Abstaining for a few days not just from jerking the pole but any form of stimulating visual prior to a performance produces, I've found, a quicker and stronger (and easier to maintain) erection and then after an hour of sexual activity (i.e. direct stimulation by mouth or pussy) a ridiculous porn-worthy load both in terms of distance shot and amount produced.
