Mine has to be Dungeon Siege. Ok, I know it's tame by some standards, but when I first started playing it it was 8pm, when I next looked at the clock it was 7.30am!!! Other than PC games - I love Zelda and I have just completed Zelda - Phantom hourglass on my DS-Lite
