A while ago, I found this picture of a lovely girl on the cover of a TAKS study guide, and it's had me captivated ever since. I realize that she looks kind of young, maybe in her teens or preteens, but I'm guessing that it's been a while since this picture was taken. Could someone please help...

Why did she quit? What reality show was she on? Someone, please explain all of this to me! :( Edit: According to Wikipedia, she lives in the same city as me. What a coincidence! I wonder if I could meet her. I'd want to give her a hug.
