I agree 100%. I have 2 dogs...rescuing dogs is a noble thing, but you shouldn't use it as a tool to obtain votes. If you happen to win, then announce that you are donating to charity. Pushing this on everyone to get votes is classless and tasteless. You already won, give someone else a chance.

I'm moderately religious, and agree with Sabrina that these are in bad taste, but I do find them humorous, and I think Jesus does too. If you accept him, he forgives you.
