I hope you are all happy now. The cheese sauce for my beefy cheesy mac couldn't keep it's creaminess after baking. Lucky for you guys that I can portion it with a little Ragu in the microwave to save it. Otherwise you'd be seeing a barrage of neg reps like never experienced before.

It's amazing that something as innocuous as cilantro and coriander could degenerate into a **** fight. Nothing has been resolved. You could argue your point with a Nobel Prize winner and you'd still be convinced you're right. Wait, they've given those things to Arafat and Obama, so how prestigious could they really be? Okay, World Food Prize Award Winner then. You could make your argument with one of them guys and you'd still be convinced you're right. You guys suck.

On a bright note I stayed **** faced all day yesterday. I started ******** Makers Mark at 7:45am and didn't stop until around 9:00 last night. I had some tacos with onion, cilantro, and lime, so there, I tied it in with this thread. I've got a bottle of Johnny Walker ready for two weekends from now. More relatives visiting. Better than eating a .45 slug.

I'm still saying...... Chinese parsley is where its at!

Funny story, I had sushi earlier. And guess what they put on it? Chinese parsley! On a Japanese food item, made by Koreans.

The Mexicans loved it. But then again, they think its cilantro.

I notice I have to do some homework on asian food. Visit the asian shop that has all those strange things you name. Better make a list!

Creamy Cilantro Dressing at El Pollo Loco is fantastic I used to get extras now they charge for them.

cilantro dressing.jpg

Preparation

1Place avocado, cilantro, yogurt, scallions, garlic, lime juice, sugar and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.

Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate leftover dressing for up to 3 days

El Pollo Loco I believe does not have yogurt in it as it is not tart- its sweet and creamy

Strangely enough when I use it my weiner tingles a little bit for some odd reason
