I would sing along if I knew to what tune we were supposed to sing the song.
What comes to mind with “Harmonica” is either I Should Have Known Better by The Beatles or The Heart of Rock & Roll by Huey Lewis & the News.

Then the flow and general feel of the words makes me think of either the song Venus or the song Gloria. But, I could be totally off.
