one reps a mod or a team member? I know, stupid, because who would rep those fucks, but imagine some silly one does by accident...
Since the don't have any reps, do they still see the comments and the reps given in their settings page?

Yep, we still have rep and we see the comments, we just dont have any rep power.

Then again, we can just reset your rep to zero if we feel like it.
