That's a good question.
Honestly, I think people are only so concerned with it if a girl doesn't do anal. If she's not doing anal scenes, people might think she's holding back or not doing "everything".
So, if a girl who's had a long career hasn't done anal for a long time suddenly does, it seems like a big deal. If she's been doing anal all along, it's not so special.
