The first picture I can barely tell a difference? I will have to say being a girl I prefer the look of implants =) I am 34C just about a D and I want to go bigger

i don't know if you realized this, but she had implants in her "before" sets too, just smaller. unless you mean that those sets were before she augmented her augmentation.
