A lot of people like Eddie Kendricks' vocal and his pitch along with his vocal range since his voice goes up very high. That's because it could be a Miracles song as well since Smokey Robinson wrote it.
Ferris Beuller's version of Twist & Shout.Okay, what I mean is, while I don't believe I have ever heard the original version of Twist & Shout, I have a hard time believing that anyone could play and SING it better than The Beatles. Can you confirm that, John_8581?

The Isley Brothers did the original "Twist and Shout" in 1961.
I'm sure this would have ended up here at some point but I prefer the cover version of this better than the original, even though I do like the original.

"The Letter" (The Box Tops), "Feelin' Alright" (Traffic) "She Came In Through The Bathroom Window" and "With A Little Help From My Friends (The Beatles)

I’m sorry but no one can cover a Pink Floyd song and make it better. Pink Floyd can’t even cover a Pink Floyd song better than the original.
