She's 5'3" so with her 40H all naturals, they were huge on her small frame. Boobpedia says she had to do it for health reasons. Sexy Venera went to to a more manageable 40E -- still all natural. Yes she is still all natural. Emphasized! ;)

... You'll see her at the cam shows Bob mentions. :)
