May I ask why Briana Lee is conspicuously absent from the list? Has she not won an OCSM contest this year? I find that hard to believe.

exactly what SJ1 said. This is just the first half of round 1. Although Briana hasnt won OOTW of the Year contest, she'd definitely been a huge part of this contest. I included everyone who has been nominated this year (except Miss Hybrid who we've already loopholed into a few contests this year) and then to fill out the 32 slots I included some other ladies who have participated in the past couple years.
